DCSC-S extractors. Reliable. Time-tested.
SovPlym started producing the first DCSC-S extractors more than 15 years ago. Since then, our design department has modernized and improved each modification of the unit several times to ensure that it fully meets current market requirements.
The main task of DCSC-S extractors is air purification from aerosols from plasma, laser and gas cutting, welding of metals, as well as from various types of non-sticky, non-explosive dusts and fumes.
This technical solution has been and remains popular among our customers due to its high filtration class, efficient system of automatic cleaning of filter cartridges and convenient connection of air ducts.
Modularity of design
A key feature of DCSC-S extractors is their modular design, which allows the entire system to fit into rooms with limited floor space and low ceilings. For example, the DCSC-S -1616 000 м3/h collector can be installed in three different sizes:

There are a total of 26 designs in our lineup, ranging from one small module with two cartridges to 16 standard modules with 4 cartridges each.
Scalability opportunities
When expanding production and adding, for example, welding stations, there is a need to increase the volume of filtered air. DCSC-S collectors can be easily scaled both vertically and horizontally by adding modules. Your costs will be significantly lower than buying a completely new system.
The maximum series DCSC-S system reaches 16 modules (4 rows of 4 modules each). The total capacity of such a filter is 64 000 м3/h.
About filter cartridges
DCSC-S filters can be equipped with a choice of four types of cartridges for different processes. In particular, an anti-static version is available.
The cartridge replacement process is simple and fast enough so that there is no long production downtime. You can install new cartridges by yourself. We also encourage you to contact the SovPlym service department, which will not only supply and install the cartridges, but will also carry out a complete maintenance of the entire equipment.

We can confidently say that DCSC-S extractors are a time-tested solution. In the last 10 years alone, SovPlym has put into operation more than1 500 DCSC-S units of various capacities at companies in Russia and abroad.
