In September 2006, JSC “SovPlym” successfully passed certification according to the ISO 9001 system, thereby confirming the implementation of rules and regulations in the organization of business processes that ensure high product quality. Today, ISO 9001 certification helps to make the company’s internal processes clear and efficient, to prevent mistakes instead of correcting them, and to increase corporate responsibility.

The 5S lean manufacturing system

The 5S system has been successfully implemented at the SovPlym manufacture and is aimed at optimizing all manufacturing processes, reducing wastes, and increasing labor productivity through the rational organization of work areas.
