SFB series dust collectors provide a cost-effective solution for handling overpressurized silo aspiration.
These are monoblock, self-cleaning cartridge collectors designed for continuous operation, housed in a cylindrical enclosure.
The filtering surface area ranges from 15 to 27 m2. For efficient filtration there is used a standard polyester filter fabric with an e-PTFE membrane. Regeneration is performed via compressed air pulse blowing, ensuring consistent performance.
Designed for versatility, the standard SFB dust collectors can be installed both indoors (at temperatures as low as +5 °C) and outdoors, withstanding ambient temperatures down to -40°C.
Application
The SFB series dust collectors are designed for aspiration of pressurized silos. They release filtered air from the silo to the environment, effectively relieving overpressure while serving an eco-friendly function by minimizing dust emissions.
Supplied fully assembled, these dust collectors ensure quick and hassle-free installation.

- Silo and hopper ventilation;
- Overflow area aspiration.
Usage limitations
The SFB series dust colletors are not suitable for the following types of dusts:
- smoldering and spontaneously combustible dusts;
- fibrous dusts;
- sticky or adhesive dust;
- moisture-laden dust.

High level of purification
Residual dust content of 5-10 mg/m3 and less with the use of special filter materials and advanced regeneration system. -
Simple, convenient and safe maintenance of SFN dust collector with horizontal access to the “clean” area of the unit:
– allows to make a compact dust collector and use it in rooms with restrictions on length, width and height;
– is ergonomic because it reduces the load on the human spine during the process of changing filter elements, since almost all the weight of the filter element is on the panel of the “clean” area;
– allows to change necessary filter elements without removal of others, staying in the clean area. -
Easy assembly and mounting
The dust collector is supplied as a fully assembled unit or as an assembly of modules (housing, hopper with supports, regeneration system), which simplifies on-site installation in limited dimensions and significantly reduces commissioning time. -
High-quality paint coat of the unit
To protect the collector housing from external influences, there is an option to make special sandblasting of the metal surface and further three-layer coating with paints of the Finnish manufacturer.
Design of SFB dust collectors
The SFB series dust collector features a robust cylindrical housing with a hinged lid for easy access. Constructed from durable sheet steel, the housing is coated with high-quality powder paint, ensuring superior protection against environmental factors.
Inside the housing, replaceable filter elements are installed, while the integrated regeneration system is conveniently mounted beneath the hinged cover.
The regeneration system’s control unit is externally positioned on the dust collector’s side wall for straightforward operation. For low-temperature applications down to -40 °C, the control unit is equipped with internal heating and insulation.
Additionally, the receiver is manufactured from stainless steel, and the compressed air supply valves for regeneration feature frost-resistant membranes to ensure reliable performance in freezing conditions.
